Junior Training

Time: 60-90mins.

Level: Intermediate

Recommended Ages: 10-14

Each class consists of strength work combined with a main focus meant to build coordination and confidence. Dancers can expect a great workout as well as age specific content that's sure to challenge and inspire!! Proper footwear required for each genre.
